The Supreme Court of New South Wales recently determined the scope of contractual obligations requiring the use of "all reasonable endeavours" and pointed out that such obligations can subsist indefinitely: Centennial Coal Company Ltd v Xstrata Coal Pty Ltd [2009] NSWSC 788 (11 August 2009)
